An abstract is an outline/brief summary of your paper and your whole project. Please read the
submission rules before submitting an abstract:

The format is as follows.
Title:
Affiliation: its state/city and country:
Corresponding Author: with e-mail address
Keywords: (between 5 and 10 keywords)

Abstract should be:
- Abstract should be in English language with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable
for publication.
- The title of the proposed paper is also important. Short attention-catching titles are the most
effective.
- Abstracts previously presented will not be accepted.
- Word limit for Abstract is 450 words or below and no table and mathematical formula.
- Abstract must clearly indicate the Background/Problem, Objectives, Methodology, Results and
Conclusions. It should give the concise summary of the findings.
- Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
- There shall be no citations or references in the abstract specifically. If there is a need to cite
references, please provide the sources in brackets.
- Keywords should be provided as a must between 5 and 10 keywords and should be separated
with commas.
- Please do not include subheadings, bullets, lists and header/footer in the abstract.
- Always follow SI [<=Spell out please] Units.
- Chemical formulae should be written in a standard form.
- Scientific names must be in Italic.
- Abstracts should be based on any of the topic areas listed in the section topics of this website
(Subject Classifications) or related areas at https://publichealthconf.com/subject-classification-
topics.html
Author Affiliations
- All authors' names, affiliations, and each author's email ID should be given, including the country.
- Affiliation details: department, institution/hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
- A superscript asterisk should be used for the corresponding author.
Peer review
- All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer review process by Organizing committee members
and the reviewer board.
- Review comments will be sent to the authors within 2 or 3 weeks.
- Acceptance or rejections of the paper will be sent to you with reviewer comments.
- Plagiarized materials, Double submission, duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
- Abstracts previously presented will not be accepted.
Other Important Information
- The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of
the abstract before submission.
- If the abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and
present the paper at the conference.
- The accepted abstracts will be available online on the journal “Japan Journal of Medicine” and also in the conference website
- The authors have a chance to publish the full length article in the journal’s special issue on “Japan Journal of Medicine (ISSN-2516-7103). This special issue is closely aligned with the scope of the conference
- If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to register for the conference
- Please note a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference
- If the co-authors would like to attend the conference their registration and payment are
required to be made independently.
- The certificate will be issued for the co-authors upon their registration/payment for the
conference.
Promotion of your Abstract
The presented abstracts are digitally sent to all attendees of the conference and will also be shared on our
website and social media channels to reach a wider audience.
We strongly recommend that you ensure your abstract satisfies these points.
- Does the abstract capture the interest of a potential reader of the paper?
- Is the abstract well written in terms of language, grammar, etc.?
- Does the abstract engage the reader by telling him or her what the paper is about and why they
should read it?
- Does the abstract title describe the subject being written about?
- Does the abstract make a clear statement of the topic of the paper and the research question?
- Does the abstract say how the research was/is being undertaken?
- Does the abstract indicate the value of the findings and to whom will they be of use?
- Does the abstract describe the work to be discussed in the paper?
- Does the abstract give a concise summary of the findings?
- Does the abstract conform to the word limit of 300 450 words?
- Does the abstract have between 5 and 10 keywords or phrases that closely reflect the content of
the paper?
- Should the abstract be accepted?
